The month of May brings a lot of things...
Flowers (ya know, because of those April showers), May Day, Cinco de Mayo, warmer weather, outdoor activities .....tons of fun stuff!
BUT one of the most exciting things May brings is the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art - otherwise known as the MET GALA for those of you living under a rock. Fashion's biggest party, where celebs, models, fashion icons and designers alike make their way up the grand steps to support the Costume Institute (organized, coordinated, and dominated by none other than Anna Wintour) and wow us all with their head turning theme-inspired ensembles. So what if, based on recent weather forecasts in NYC, Spring hasn't officially arrived !?!?!? I am ready to skip ahead and go straight to summer!
