Living by the beach is the best thing in the world. Also, always requires a light layer because the temp drops mid day, its always 10 degrees colder than inland and ya never know when the wind from the ocean is going to pickup. All issues I have no problem managing given the close proximity to my happy place and the sound of the ocean at night.
